1.1 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your membership with Saved to Serve ("the Network"), a Christian business network led by Deacon Barry Madden. By applying for and accepting membership, you ("Member") agree to comply with these Terms, which may be modified by the Network at its discretion.

1.2 The latest version of these Terms will be available on the Network’s website. Continued use of the membership constitutes acceptance of any changes to these Terms.

Terms & Conditions - The Basics

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your membership with Saved to Serve ("the Network"), a Christian business network led by Deacon Barry Madden. By applying for and accepting membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms, which may be updated periodically.

 

1. Membership Eligibility

1.1. Membership is open to individuals and businesses that identify as Christian and commit to upholding Christian values in their business practices.

1.2. Applicants must submit a completed membership application, which will be reviewed by the Saved to Serve leadership team. Membership is granted at the discretion of the Network.

1.3. Membership is non-transferable and is valid only for the individual or business entity that has been accepted.

 

2. Membership Fees

2.1. Membership fees are determined by the Network and may vary depending on the type of membership selected. Fees are subject to change with prior notice.

2.2. Membership fees must be paid in full at the time of acceptance into the Network and annually thereafter on the anniversary of membership.

2.3. Failure to pay membership fees on time may result in suspension or termination of membership.

 

3. Member Conduct

3.1. Members are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that reflects the values of Saved to Serve, including honesty, integrity, and respect for others.

3.2. Members agree to uphold the PRESS philosophy (Pray, Read, Exercise, Serve, Save) and integrate these principles into their personal and professional lives.

3.3. Members must refrain from any conduct that could bring the Network into disrepute or harm its reputation.

3.4. Any disputes between members should be handled respectfully and in accordance with Christian principles. The Network may intervene in disputes at its discretion.

 

4. Use of Network Resources

4.1. Members are entitled to access the benefits and resources provided by the Network, including networking events, discounts, business resources, and the online directory.

4.2. Members may not use the Network’s resources for any illegal or unethical activities.

4.3. The Network reserves the right to modify, add, or remove benefits and resources at any time.

 

5. Privacy and Data Protection

5.1. The Network is committed to protecting the privacy of its members. Personal information collected during the membership application process and throughout the membership will be handled in accordance with the Network’s Privacy Policy.

5.2. Members agree to keep the contact information and other personal data of fellow members confidential and to use it solely for purposes related to the Network.

 

6. Termination of Membership

6.1. Members may terminate their membership at any time by providing written notice to the Network. No refunds will be issued for membership fees paid.

6.2. The Network reserves the right to terminate a membership if a member is found to be in violation of these Terms or engages in conduct that is inconsistent with the values of the Network.

6.3. Upon termination, the member must cease using all Network resources and benefits immediately.

 

7. Liability and Disclaimers

7.1. The Network provides services and resources "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. The Network is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.

7.2. The Network does not guarantee business success or financial gain as a result of membership. Members participate at their own risk.

 

8. Amendments to Terms

8.1. The Network reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes.

8.2. Continued membership after any amendments to the Terms constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

 

9. Governing Law

9.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Network is headquartered.
